Our history with Union Realty Team
Declute and the Wright Sisters and the continued search for like minded other teams. In 2019, we joined with the Team of Teams at Union Realty Brokerage Inc. We added the Union Realty Brokerage Inc. to our name to collaborate with two very successful east end of Toronto independent brokerages. We have known the owners of both for well over 30 years.
In 2021 James passed away. In 2023, Lynn decided to close the independent brokerage and join with Union Realty as an agent, and open a branch office of Union Realty, here in Prince Edward County the place she has lived and loved and worked since 2004.
Big team
Over 32 years in the real estate business, we fostered many valuable connections with REALTORS® in the GTA area.
We participate in virtual meetings with 50+ agents from the Toronto region and beyond. We chat about what’s happening in real estate, showcase newly listed properties, and even present those that have not yet hit the market.
This allows us to reach a large audience and gives us exposure to many potential buyers.
